Republican State Legislator Receives DUI

David Law, a recently elected Republican State Representative, plead no contest to drunk driving charges. Not only did Law stress his involvement in Mothers Against Drunk Driving during the campaign, but the GOP thought it important enough to list MADD as one of Law's community activities. Since the incident, the GOP changed his bio on their own website, striking Law's involvement in MADD from his bio.

Smells fishy.

Santorum's Aid

Sen. Rick Santorum is an evil, hating man. As we listen to his half-assed supportive statements of his recently outed Communications Director, Robert Traynham, let us not forget his unforgivable hate-filled rants bashing homosexuality, including one instance equating homosexuality to "man on dog" sex.

After reading his recent statements in support of his Communications Director, it's important to remind the Senator of his assertion that, "There are consequences to letting people live out whatever wants or passions they desire. And we're seeing it in our society." I see. The Senator had better run far away from Mr. Traynham, so as to prevent him from carrying out his wants or passions at the expense of the Senator's heterosexuality.
